Refund Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, please follow the guidelines below:

Return Guidelines:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unopened products only, within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s) to your original form of payment.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, we do not refund the shipping costs associated with your original purchase.
  • Return Drop-Offs: We do not accept return drop-offs at the Naturion Headquarters or Warehouse.

Initiating a Return:
Contact our customer service team to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

How to Return a Product:

  1. Contact us at cs@naturionpharma.com to request an RMA#.
  2. Securely pack the product(s) in a sturdy package and include the packing slip.
  3. Ship the package to:

  • Use your preferred shipping carrier. For items over $100, we recommend insured/trackable shipping, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
  • Keep a photo or copy of your return label or tracking number.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Important Notes:

  • Return to Sender: If you returned an item marked “Return to Sender,” processing may take up to 3 weeks. Return shipping fees may apply.
  • Special Cases: For defective or incorrect products, please contact us for a prepaid return label.

Third-Party Purchases:
This policy applies only to products purchased directly through Naturion. If you purchased from Amazon, retail stores, or other third-party sellers, please contact the retailer directly regarding their return policy.
