One-month supply. Two tablets (the hard, compressed kind) a day "at the same time every day", 30-day supply. The list of ingredients looks good to me, for stomach and gut support. For an actual h. pylori infection, the bottle says to take it for six months. It states a 100% refund policy if you "do not see any results".In short, my advice is that if you have sharp stomach pain nearly every day, get tested for h. pylori. It's a simple and routine test these days. The breath test is easy and reliable (breathe into a bag, drink a simple liquid, breathe into another bag 15 minutes later). An h. pylori infection won't go away on its own.Longer story:Years ago, it was normal to for people suffer from stomach ulcers—blamed on stress and exacerbated by spicy food. In the '90s, I read an article on how doctors, working from a hunch, proved it was actually due to a common bacteria, helicobacter pylori (aka h. pylori, or helicobacter—"spiral bacteria"). A few years later, I suffered from a painful and sensitive stomach, and wondered if that was a possibility. Unfortunately, I had an HMO doctor not willing to send me to a specialist, and continued to suffer. I got over it, by using a stomach-supporting herbal method on my own, but eventually saw another doctor who immediately diagnose it correctly from my description, and confirmed with tests that I had previously had a "raging helicobacter infection", as he put it.20 year later, just a few years ago, I got an ongoing intestinal issue after getting sick, and lab test showed a gut bacteria imbalance. Later, I tested positive for h. pylori in other tests. This was a surprise, since I had no stomach pains, but my doctor said it was possible that it was in my intestines and not my stomach. We tried a natural approach, but it didn't work. To be clear, it was not at all like this supplement, it did not contain mastic gum and other ingredients known to be effective against h. pylori. (The doctor himself had the infection six months before, and cured it with his method, but it didn't work for me...and required very expensive enzymes.) I ended up using the medical standard dual antibiotics plus proton pump inhibitor protocol, which fixed it. But that's something that's very harsh on the system and wipes out good gut bacteria, something I wanted to avoid. So even though I'm clear of h. pylori, last tested, this supplement piqued my interest. Unlike the antibiotic protocol, the ingredients support a healthy gut in general, so I wanted to give it a try, and have this as an option in case of another infection. I definitely prefer a natural option to wiping out my healthy gut bacteria with antibiotics.
